Bianchi started at 7 Via Nirone, Milan, in 1885. This address name lives on today with their most popular range of Coast to Coast geometry (Sportive) bikes. Bianchi became involved with bike racing right at the start, in the modern era names like Coppi, Gimondi, and Pantani (plus many more!) have all ridden the bikes to success. Bianchi represent Italian flare at affordable prices.

Giant are the biggest bike manufacturer in the world, they make bikes for other well known brands. The name is synonymous with technological innovation and state-of-the-art throughout the global bicycle industry. They have a Total Best Value approach in design, manufacture and selling bicycles. There is something for everyone in their range.

FELT

Felt

Jim Felt was an ace motocross mechanic when he built a triathlon frame for one of his riders, he rode the bike with great success and the demand grew for more bikes. Felt went on to build bikes for many world renowned riders. Over the years it has become a global brand, supporting pro teams such as Garmin Slipsteam. The range is now huge with BMX, MTB, Hybrid, Road, Tri bikes.

Mongoose

Founded in California in 1974, Mongoose are best known in the UK for BMX. They were making a great range of MTB’s in USA until 1999 when they were brought to the UK. They have gone from strength to strength ever since with a full range of Hybrid bikes along with MTB’s and BMX. Mongoose offer excellent value for money with cool graphics and innovative designs.

Brompton

The ultimate in folding technology, Bromptons are designed and built in the UK (Brentford). Andrew Ritchie is the brains behind it all. The company was recently awarded the Queen’s Award for Enterprise. All their bikes are made to order so b-spoke models can be ordered specifying requirements such as colour/gears/tyres etc. Lead times can be quite long but we try to keep a few key models in store.

Dahon

Dahon is truly a worldwide brand, with headquarters in L.A. and sold in over 40 countries. Their aim is simply to change the way millions of people travel around in as green and eco friendly way as possible. Their folding bikes range from 16” up to 700c wheel size. Bigger wheels are better for longer distance riding. We keep quite a large range in stock.

Saracen

Saracen have a long history of value for money bikes. Being a UK designed brand their range is spot on for most local areas. In recent years the brand has been completely revamped when they were taken over by Madison (the UK importer of Shimano). The Saracen range consists of a huge choice of mountain bikes, urban commuting bikes, BMX, and some great value childrens bikes.

Merida are a huge Taiwanese based company, a true global brand, like Giant they make many bikes for other companies. With distributors in over 70 countries and sponsors of many elite riders, feedback plays an important role in their development. The design team is based in Stuttgart, the heart of Europe where they monitor all the latest trends and developments. Another brand that offers a huge range of bikes to suit most uses.
