Bike Fitting
Road riding is a repetitive exercise, so to enjoy these rides it is important the bike is the right size and set up correctly.
There are a number of bike fitting systems in operation and most involve computer programmes to give the bike set up. We have developed a more personal fitting system with feedback from the customer, which is most important. We can also set up shoes and cleats. Using a laser beam for alignment, we can fit wedges in the shoe (or under the cleats) to ensure knees are set correctly and pedalling is more efficient etc. We have used this method to solve many knee problems.
All bike fitting is done by appointment only – so if you are having knee problems when riding give us a call today. All new road bikes purchased from us come with a free fitting / set up.
